On March 13th, Hebei study tour group, a coffee maker in Henan custom furniture industry, came to Zhengding Modern Smart Home Industrial Park and visited the park construction and settled enterprises.

In Tengfei Platinum Smart Factory, Tian Mingkai, general manager of Tengfei Platinum, fully demonstrated the revolutionary breakthrough of EB board to the industry elites: this product adopts the world's leading ENF environmental protection standard, and its electron beam curing technology realizes 100% solvent-free curing by instantly polymerizing the coating with high-energy electron beams, completely eliminating formaldehyde release.

In terms of physical properties, the Mohs hardness of EB board surface reaches 6H level. In terms of antibacterial performance, the inhibition rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached 99.9%, and the extreme environmental stability and color persistence were proved by 72-hour wet-heat cycle test. The paint imported from Germany combined with electron beam curing technology was verified by xenon lamp accelerated aging test for ten years.

In terms of production system, Tengfei Platinum introduced the first set of electron beam curing equipment in China, and cooperated with the intelligent quality inspection system to achieve 99.97% edge sealing qualification rate. Each plate is equipped with blockchain traceability QR code. This product has won the strategic cooperation intention of head brands such as Sophia and Ou Pai.
